Do not retry it. Open the transaction in Reports — the portal keeps checking with the bank for a final status, and a failed debit is reversed to your wallet automatically. If it is still pending after the timeline on our refund policy page, raise a ticket with the reference number shown on the record.
It depends almost entirely on how quickly your KYC documents clear. Sign-up itself takes minutes; services switch on once PAN, Aadhaar and shop proof are verified and the wallet has been funded.
