A thumb on the reader and the notes are counted out. Their bank account, your counter, about ninety seconds.
Aadhaar-authenticatedShantiPe turns a shop counter into a full-service banking point. Whatever the person standing in front of you needs doing — cash in their hand, money sent somewhere, a bill cleared, a seat booked before tomorrow — it runs from one wallet and one login.
Bank rails, biller networks & travel partners

People do not arrive asking for a product. They arrive with something that needs doing today — and the list of things a ShantiPe counter cannot help with keeps getting shorter.
Can I take out five thousand?
A thumb on the reader and the notes are counted out. Their bank account, your counter, about ninety seconds.
Aadhaar-authenticatedI need to send this to my brother in Surat.
The account is checked against the name before a single rupee moves, so a mistyped digit is caught at your counter instead of a week later.
Checked before it sendsThe electricity bill is due today.
Type the consumer number once and the amount comes back from the board itself. Nobody is working from a figure somebody half-remembers.
Fetched, not guessedIs there a bus to Jaipur tomorrow night?
Seats, berths, boarding points and who runs them, all on one screen — and the ticket comes off your printer.
Booked at the counterWhere did today actually go?
One history across everything the counter did, each row carrying the bank's own reference — so a question three weeks later has an answer rather than an argument.
Every rupee has a rowWhen does this reach my bank?
What customers withdrew sits in its own balance and settles out to your account on a published cycle, kept apart from the float you spend.
Two balances, on purposeCash, transfers, bills, top-ups, tickets, new accounts and the day’s own books — all drawing on one wallet, all landing in one history.
See what else walks inA retailer serves a customer standing in front of them. Every screen is shaped by that: fewest fields, fastest confirmation, a receipt they can hand over.
Every transaction settles against the right wallet the moment the bank confirms it. Commission is applied from the slab the account sits on, and both the payout and the margin land in the same ledger the retailer reads.
One history across all twenty-two services, filterable by service, status and date, with a per-transaction detail view that carries the bank’s own reference number — so a dispute is answered with evidence, not a guess.
Mobile number, OTP, and the shop’s basic details. A distributor can enrol the retailer directly from their own panel.
PAN, Aadhaar and shop proof, verified before any service unlocks. The KYC gate blocks transacting until it clears.
Raise a fund request to the distributor, or pay into the virtual account issued to the retailer.
Services granted on the account appear on the dashboard. Commission accrues from the first transaction.
Retailers get the full transacting portal. The three tiers above them get a restricted panel built for managing members, funding them and reading their performance — a genuinely different portal, not the same one with buttons hidden.
Owns a state. Appoints and funds master distributors, and reads performance across the whole region.
Runs a cluster of distributors. Allocates float downward and settles commission upward.
Onboards retailers, approves their fund requests, and watches their daily volumes.
The counter itself. Full access to every service the account is entitled to, plus wallet, reports and support.
Anyone can print a glowing quote. These are the things you can verify for yourself before you trust a counter with your money — or your livelihood.

Where to take itCommission is credited to your wallet as each transaction settles — not at the end of the month.
No separate logins or balances per service. Fund once and serve any customer who walks in.
Any phone, tablet or shop computer with a browser. Only AEPS needs a fingerprint scanner.
Your upline funds your wallet and is the first call when something needs sorting — not a queue.
The controls below are enforced in the application itself — not left to the UI to remember.
Your session is encrypted and every instruction leaving the counter is signed. An intercepted login, on its own, gets nobody anywhere.
Two quiet hours and the session closes on its own. A shop computer is rarely left unattended on purpose, so the portal does not rely on you remembering.
A service you have not been approved for is genuinely closed to your account, not just left off the menu. Approval is the only way in.
AEPS rules require an agent’s location to be logged with the transaction, so the portal asks for it before you transact — and only then.
An unverified account can sign in and look around, but cannot transact. Documents are checked before the first rupee moves.
A double tap, or a connection that drops halfway, is caught and de-duplicated before the instruction reaches the bank — so the usual cause of a second payment never gets started.
A mobile number to sign up, then PAN, Aadhaar and a shop proof for KYC. For AEPS you also need one of the eight certified fingerprint scanners with its RD service installed. Everything else runs in the browser.
Services are approved per account. Your dashboard shows only what your tier and your agreement cover, and anything outside that stays genuinely closed until it is approved for you.
Two ways: raise a fund request to the distributor above you, who approves and transfers it, or pay directly into the virtual account issued to your shop. AEPS collections land in the AEPS wallet and are settled out to your bank separately.
Commission is applied from the slab your account sits on and credited to the main wallet as the transaction settles. The slab is visible under Commission plans before you transact, not only afterwards.
Pending transactions are tracked with the bank until it gives a final answer, rather than being guessed at. The record carries the bank’s own reference number, so support can trace it, and failed debits are reversed back to the wallet.
Yes, if you are a distributor, master distributor or state head. Those tiers get a management panel — members, fund approvals and performance — rather than the transacting portal a retailer sees.
Sign up, clear KYC, fund the wallet — and start serving customers the same day.
